The 40W-PLUS Handheld Laser Igniter is a compact, high-power portable laser device designed for reliable short-range ignition applications. Featuring 40W laser output, a rechargeable high-rate battery, visible red aiming light, intelligent temperature protection, real-time battery monitoring, and convenient USB Type-C charging, it combines powerful performance with a lightweight handheld design.
With a stable effective operating range of up to approximately 1 meter, the 40W-PLUS is designed for convenient handheld operation. An integrated visible red aiming light assists with target positioning, while the aluminum-alloy housing and intelligent cooling system help manage heat during operation.
Measuring only 114 × 40 × 25 mm and weighing approximately 180 g, the 40W-PLUS delivers high output in a compact and portable form factor.

Smart Temperature-Controlled Cooling
An integrated temperature-controlled cooling fan automatically adjusts according to operating temperature.
As the internal temperature rises, the fan increases cooling performance to help maintain stable operation.
Automatic 45°C Temperature Protection
For additional protection, the system automatically cuts off pump power output when the internal temperature reaches approximately 45°C, helping protect the laser module from excessive heat.
Fast Temperature Monitoring
The integrated temperature sensing system provides fast, responsive temperature monitoring for improved thermal management during operation.
Durable Aluminum Alloy Housing
The body is constructed from aluminum alloy, providing durability while helping dissipate heat efficiently.

Charging & Battery

The integrated battery-level display shows approximately 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% remaining charge, while the dedicated charging indicator makes it easy to monitor charging status.
Operating Instructions
- Check the battery level before operation.
- Put on appropriate laser protective eyewear.
- Point the device only toward the intended target area.
- Double-click the power button to turn on the device.
- Use the visible red aiming light to assist with target positioning.
- Avoid continuous operation if the device becomes excessively warm.
- Allow the integrated temperature-control system and cooling fan to manage operating temperature.
