The JGX3-130 handheld laser igniter combines a 915nm near-infrared laser source, a removable 20× focusing lens, and a detachable rechargeable battery system. The manufacturer states a rated laser output of 130W.

A copper heat-transfer system and fan-assisted cooling help manage internal heat. Every unit includes one small and one large rechargeable battery, allowing you to choose between a compact configuration and additional battery capacity.

Available Options

Housing color refers to the exterior finish, not the laser beam color. All versions use a 915nm near-infrared laser source.

Both batteries are included with every unit, regardless of the selected color or carrying case option.

Two Rechargeable Batteries Included

Each unit comes with:

• 1 × Small rechargeable battery: A compact option for reduced size and weight.

• 1 × Large rechargeable battery: A higher-capacity option for additional battery endurance.

The manufacturer’s supplied sheet lists the small battery as 18.5V 1.1Ah and the large battery as 18.5V 4Ah using 21700 cells.

Battery endurance depends on operating conditions and usage. It does not indicate permitted continuous laser-on time.

Cooling System

The manufacturer describes a cooling system that combines a 1.2mm copper plate, heat pipes, heat sinks, and fan-assisted airflow to transfer heat away from internal components.

Follow the operating and cooling instructions supplied with the unit. Do not assume the device is suitable for continuous laser output.

Electrical Design

The manufacturer states that the dedicated laser driver is mounted against the copper heat-transfer plate. Internal electrical components include high-temperature-resistant silicone wiring, XT30 connectors, and an illuminated main power switch.

Accessory Mounting Rail

A manufacturer-stated 20mm mounting rail provides an attachment point for compatible accessories. Additional rail-mounted accessories are not included unless specifically listed.

Preparation Time

The manufacturer indicates approximately 3 days for order preparation, subject to stock availability and the selected configuration. Shipping time is additional.

Important Laser Safety Information

DANGER: HIGH-POWER INVISIBLE LASER RADIATION. AVOID EYE AND SKIN EXPOSURE TO DIRECT, REFLECTED, OR SCATTERED RADIATION.

• This device is not a toy. Use only by trained adults in a controlled laser work area.

• The 915nm laser output is invisible to the naked eye. Do not rely on visible brightness to determine whether the laser is emitting.

• Never look into the output aperture or view the beam through optical instruments.

• Never direct the laser toward people, animals, vehicles, or aircraft.

• Use suitable beam containment and a laser-rated beam stop. Prevent access by bystanders.

• Use protective eyewear verified as suitable for 915nm and the assessed exposure conditions. Check the supplied goggles’ specifications before use; ordinary sunglasses are unsuitable.

• Avoid reflective materials, including copper, aluminum, silver, gold, and their alloys. Reflections can cause injury, and the manufacturer warns that reflected energy may damage the device.

• Keep combustible materials away from unintended laser exposure.

• Switch off the unit and disconnect the battery before servicing or changing accessories.

• Use only the manufacturer-approved battery and charger combination.

• Follow the supplied operating instructions and applicable local requirements.
