405nm 155mW Single Mode Blue Violet Laser Diode, TO-18 5.6mm Package with Built-in Monitor PD Photodiode (Model LH18601)This is a high-performance single mode InAlGaN blue-violet laser diode packed in standard TO-18 φ5.6mm can. Equipped with an integrated silicon monitor photodiode (PD) for real-time optical power feedback, ideal for closed-loop constant current laser driver control. Continuous wave (CW) maximum optical output power reaches 155mW. Widely used in 3D printing, lithography, fluorescence excitation, optical sensing, spectroscopy and industrial laser exposure systems.
