This is a high-performance single mode InAlGaN blue-violet laser diode packed in standard TO-18 φ5.6mm can. Equipped with an integrated silicon monitor photodiode (PD) for real-time optical power feedback, ideal for closed-loop constant current laser driver control. Continuous wave (CW) maximum optical output power reaches 155mW. Widely used in 3D printing, lithography, fluorescence excitation, optical sensing, spectroscopy and industrial laser exposure systems.
