Magneto electric system serves as core driving structure. Pointer: Nickel foil copper connected aluminum hollow tube, carbon fiber black Dimensions: Length 51.0mm ±0.5mm, Width 0.3mm ±0.1mm Pointer stays aligned with bilateral zero calibration marks under power-off condition. Upper housing: ABS+PMMA; Lower housing: HIPS; Nameplate: Aluminum plate No B board and bulb; Operation mode: Vertical mounting.

Testing Criteria
Standard test condition: 20℃, 70% RH. Acceptable to test under ambient temperature. Overcurrent resistance test supports instantaneous 2× full-scale surge current. After 7 seconds overload, pointer should recover within half full scale range.
