The QL63F5SC is a high-performance 635nm red laser diode manufactured by QSI, designed to deliver stable 10mW continuous wave (CW) visible red laser output in a compact TO-18 (5.6mm) package. Featuring single transverse (TM) mode operation, low operating voltage, and reliable optical performance, it is ideal for precision laser applications requiring a bright, stable red beam.

This 635nm 10mW laser diode is suitable for laser modules, laser pointers, laser levelers, alignment systems, measurement instruments, and a variety of industrial, scientific, and DIY optical projects.
