Operating Instructions

Before First Use

• Inspect the optical outlet before powering on.
• Remove any large debris before use.
• Minor dust on the lens will not affect normal operation.

Power Controls

• Double Press: Display battery level
• Short Press: Power ON / OFF

Charging

• Use the supplied charger.
• Red indicator: Charging
• Indicator OFF: Fully charged
• Fully charge before first use for optimal performance.

Focus Adjustment

The adjustable focusing lens allows the laser igniter to be optimized for different working distances.

For best performance:

• Adjust the lens until the alignment spot is at its smallest size.
• Readjust the focus whenever the working distance changes.
• Do not extend the focusing tube beyond the visible sealing ring.

Cooling & Protection

The laser igniter is equipped with dual cooling fans and an intelligent temperature protection system to help maintain stable operation.

When the internal temperature reaches approximately 45°C, the protection circuit automatically stops operation until the unit cools.

Maintenance

• Keep the front optical lens clean.
• Remove smoke residue with lens cleaning tissue or isopropyl alcohol.
• Store the laser igniter in a cool, dry environment.
• Recharge the battery periodically during long-term storage.
