Module Introduction:
DS8681 is a 16 bit, single channel, high-speed analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that supports a sampling rate of 1MSPS. It supports multiple input ranges, including bipolar range (± 12.288V, ± 10.24V, ± 6.144V, ± 5.12V, ± 2.56V) and unipolar range (0V~12.288V, 0V~10.24V, 0V~6.144V, 0V~5.12V). The chip is powered by a 5V analog power supply, and the I/O power supply supports 1.65V to 5V. It has a high impedance input (≥ 1M Ω) and analog signal input overvoltage protection (up to 20V), and integrates a low drift reference voltage of 4.096V. ADS8681 adopts multiSPI ™ Interface, supports daisy chain connection, compatible with traditional SPI protocol.
Widely used in analog input modules, semiconductor testing, and servo drive control modules.
