Precision & Tolerance Standard

Zero Position Accuracy
With the meter mounted in standard vertical position, the pointer tip aligns with the zero graduation center. Zero alignment tolerance: ±1 mm. -
Dynamic Balance Performance
When the meter is tilted forward and backward by 90° from its standard upright position, pointer offset tolerance shall not exceed ±1 mm. -
Pointer Sticking Prevention
Input 3× full-scale instantaneous overcurrent, then slowly lower the current down to 1/2 full-scale value. The pointer must fall back within the 1/3 full-scale mark on the dial. -
Mechanical Friction Error
During gradual current rise or drop to a fixed value, pointer reading deviation caused by internal friction is controlled within 1 mm. -
Damping Braking Response Speed
Feed 2/3 full-scale rated current instantly; the pointer shall stabilize at the corresponding scale position within 1 second.
