This 905nm industrial laser ranging sensor module adopts advanced TOF ranging algorithm, supporting up to 1000m long-distance measurement for large reflective targets. It features adaptive automatic ranging frequency, segmented high measurement accuracy, ultra-low standby power, compact cylindrical mini size and stable outdoor anti-interference performance. Equipped with standard TTL serial communication and wide 3.3V~5V power supply, it can be seamlessly integrated with drone flight control, industrial measuring equipment, intelligent robots, outdoor security monitoring and portable ranging devices. Stable operation from -20℃ to 60℃ meets all cold & hot harsh working environments.
