The M4070 LCR Tester is an automatic range component tester with measurement frequencies up to 500kHz，
for small capacitance and inductance measurements. It provides very stable and high resolution measurements, showing 5 numbers resolution.
Tester can measure 1.00pF to 10.000mΩ resistance. The meter uses two technical measurements, LC oscillation and RC oscillation.
LC is more suitable for small capacitance and inductance measurements, RC for large capacitance measurements.
