Pre-Startup Inspection


Inspect the light outlet before powering on the unit. Clear obvious debris or blockages on the light outlet before use; fine surface dust will not interfere with normal operation and can be left untreated.

The power control button is the small black button positioned above the DC charging port.

  •    ●  Double-click the button: Activate the top battery level indicator light

  •    ●  Short single press: Power the device on / power the device off

Battery indicator grids vary by charge level: some display 4 grids, while others show only 2–3 grids. This is normal because factory-new batteries come pre-charged to 60–70% capacity for safe logistics transportation, and can be used directly out of the box. Partial charge storage also extends long-term battery lifespan.


Charging Guidelines

   ●  The built-in intelligent protection chip automatically cuts off power once fully charged for safe continuous plug-in charging.

   ●  Charging status: Red indicator light on while charging; light turns off once charging completes.

   ●  Charger Recommendation: Use official original brand phone/digital device charging adapters only. Third-party or counterfeit chargers deliver unstable voltage, which may burn out the internal power management chip and cause permanent device failure.

   ●  Low-power startup failure troubleshooting: If the device fails to boot properly, fully charge the battery before testing.

    This optical module is designed for adult optical experimental testing use only. Light concentration performance varies based on target surface color and distance:

    ●  Optimal concentrated light performance range: 50–150cm

  1.     ●  Improved light response on dark/black flammable test materials: 1–1.5 meters

  2.     ●  Maximum effective test distance for dark thin test objects: approx. 2 meters



Critical Distance Operation Reminder

Do not operate the unit at excessively close range (5–10cm from target paper or surfaces). Short-distance testing generates smoke residue that adheres to the front lens, blocking light output and reducing performance.

  • Minor surface dust on the lens has negligible impact on testing

  • Heavy smoke residue contamination must be cleaned with damp cloths or alcohol wipes to restore normal light output

For precise focused light output, adjust the retractable lens assembly to shrink the red alignment dot to its smallest size based on your testing distance.



Lens Assembly & Focus Adjustment Tutorial

  1. Retraction Limit Notice: Stop pulling the lens once the white sealing ring becomes visible; do not force overextension.

  2. Lens Loss Emergency Use: If the lens assembly is accidentally detached, the unit still works without the lens with an effective testing distance of around 1 meter.

  3. Lens Installation Steps: Thread the lens’s threaded end onto the front mounting port of the main unit.

  4. Focus Distance Upgrade: After installing the complete lens set, the maximum effective testing distance extends to 5–6 meters.

  5. Focus Calibration Method: Optical divergence differs slightly between individual units, follow real-time red alignment dot size for calibration:

    • When testing targets at 3 meters, pull the lens assembly to minimize the red alignment dot size for the most concentrated light and optimal testing effect
    • Readjust lens retraction length every time the testing distance changes

  1. This high-concentration optical module is for adult laboratory optical experiment hobby use only, NOT a toy, NOT industrial cutting/welding equipment. Keep away from minors under 18 years old.

  2. Never point the light outlet toward human eyes, skin, living creatures, or flammable environments. Direct exposure to concentrated light may cause irreversible eye damage.

  3. Do not perform long-term continuous testing. The built-in temperature sensor will automatically shut down the pump once the internal temperature hits 45°C to prevent overheating damage.

  4. Avoid close-range testing that produces heavy smoke residue; regular lens cleaning is required to maintain stable optical performance.

  5. Use only certified original charging adapters to avoid circuit burnout and permanent device malfunction.

  6. Store the unit in cool, dry locations away from children, pets, and unauthorized personnel.
