This is an 850nm 5mW continuous wave infrared laser diode with standard 5.6mm metal TO package, single transverse TE mode output. Widely adopted for industrial optical sensing equipment, infrared detection modules and related optoelectronic circuit projects. The built-in monitoring photodiode supports APC automatic power control circuit design for stable laser power output.
