This is an 850nm 10mW continuous wave infrared laser diode with standard 5.6mm TO metal packaging, single transverse TE mode output. Equipped with an integrated monitoring photodiode, it supports APC automatic power control circuits to stabilize laser output power. Widely applied to industrial optical sensing, infrared detection equipment and optoelectronic experimental modules.
